Young businessman killed in Jaipur parking dispute

Jaipur – A late-night argument over a parking spot turned deadly in Jaipur, claiming the life of 27-year-old Shravan Bodalya.

According to police, Shravan – a local property dealer who earlier worked in the merchant navy — was dining with friends near the Raja Park area when a heated argument broke out with another group over car parking. The situation escalated quickly, and one of the men allegedly drove his car into Shravan during the scuffle.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital but died from his injuries soon after. The four accused fled the scene, and police have formed multiple teams to track them down.

Officials said the attack appears to have stemmed from a sudden confrontation rather than a planned assault. The shocking incident has sparked anger among residents, highlighting how minor disputes are increasingly leading to violent outcomes in the city.
