Jaipur, 3 Dec 2025: A serious security scare unfolded at Jaipur Airport’s domestic cargo terminal on Tuesday when a suspicious parcel was discovered during routine screening prompting swift action from security forces.

According to officials, the package, bound for Hyderabad, contained what appeared to be a battery-like electronic device hidden among currency notes. The discovery immediately raised alarm, leading the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) to isolate the parcel, cordon off the scanning area and restrict movement.

Shortly thereafter, local police and the Anti‑Terrorism Squad (ATS) reached the terminal and began a detailed examination.
