Jaipur, 5 Dec 2025: Yuvraj Sandhu surged to the top of the leaderboard at the Jaipur Open 2025, carding a brilliant third-round 66 (-4) to head into the final day with a three-shot advantage. The tournament is being held at Rambagh Golf Club with a total purse of ₹1 crore under the banner of the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI).

After starting the round just one shot behind the leader, Sandhu delivered an impressive performance featuring an eagle, four birdies and two bogeys. His round which included decisive birdies on the last two par-5s (17th and 18th holes) lifted his total to 16-under 194.
The former leader, Kushal Singh, faltered slightly with a 70, falling to 13-under 197. Meanwhile, Bangladesh’s Badal Hossain moved up to third at 12-under 198 after posting a clean 66.
Speaking after his round, Sandhu credited his improved ball control and preparation, especially his work with coach Gurbaaz Mann, for the strong showing. “My hitting was top-notch today. I had a bogey on the first hole a good wake-up call then I found my rhythm,” he said.
With one round to go, Sandhu is now vying for his sixth PGTI title of the season a win that would tie the 2022 record for most titles in a season, held by Manu Gandas.
The final round promises to be a high-stakes affair, with several contenders vying for a breakthrough. Golf fans will be watching closely as Sandhu seeks to convert his lead into a trophy.
